Senior Apartments

We have 6 senior apartments that are available for one ore two people per apartment. One person must be age 60 or older. You may download an application for the Senior Apartment.

Senior Apartment Rules

		No pets.
		No children under the age of 21 as a resident.
		Maintenance provided for apartment property.
		Snow removal provided.
		Occupant pays own utilities and deposits.
		Trash removal provided by New Athens Home.
		Good housekeeping shall be practiced.
		Window treatments are not furnished but may be available.
		Regular antenna provided - Cable available at renters expense.
		No security door chains are allowed due to the need for access in an emergency. Refrigerator and gas stove furnished. Washer and dryer hookup provided. Rent is $450.00 per month. Payable by the 10th of each month.
		A $450.00 security deposit is required at time of rental. The deposit is refundable when the rental contract is terminated and the apartment is free of damage.
		Residents are free to have guests but overnight visits should be limited to three nights. Babysitting is not allowed on a continuing basis.
		Occupants will have priority to enter the New Athens Home for short or long term stays.
		Periodically management will enter your apartment for maintenance inspections. These inspections will be announced in advance and will be made only when you are present or give us authority to do so.
